Under a Blanket Purchase Agreement award with the DOE, AttainX provides general support services for the Richland Operations Office (RL) and the Office of River Protection (ORP). AttainX supports the necessary infrastructure for a safe and continued clean-up operations and restoration of Hanford Sites in Richland. We support compliance with regulatory guidelines defined in the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the State of Washington’s Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA), and the State of Washington’s Dangerous Waste Regulations. Activities include evaluations and planning for remediation of pipelines, burial grounds, and waste sites. We perform oversight and mentoring of the WTP Hazards Analysis, Accident Analysis, Preliminary Documented Safety Analysis (PDSA), Documented Safety Analysis (DSA)development, and PDSA changes performed by Bechtel National, Inc. (BNI) and Control Selection Process, if needed.
