Polaris is a contract vehicle for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) to provide Federal agencies with customized IT services and IT services-based solutions. It is a Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract of which the base period is five (5) years with one (1) option period of five (5) years. The services under this contract vehicle may include both commercial and non-commercial services. Customized IT services-based solutions, which can be tailored to meet an agency’s particular mission needs, may include any one or combination of following IT services, including new and emerging technologies that evolve over the life of the Master Contract.

Sustainability and Climate Change
AttainX is committed to offering Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT), an IT product global eco label, at the EPEAT Bronze Level for all products/equipment used within the performance of Polaris task orders, if electronic hardware is procured as ancillary equipment in an order under the Master Contract.
We will provide products that comply with the federal sustainable acquisition policy, as outlined in GSAM Subpart 523.1 and FAR Part 23 (GSA Class Deviation RFO-2025-23). This requires AttainX to supply or provide environmentally sustainable products to the maximum extent practicable. In addition, we shall supply or provide products that are to the maximum extent practicable energy-efficient (ENERGY STAR® or Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP)-designated, water-efficient, biobased, environmentally preferable (e.g., EPEAT®-registered, or non-toxic or less toxic alternatives), non-ozone depleting, made with recovered materials ancillary products, and to the maximum extent practicable, sustainable products and services identified or recommended by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
